This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made through the ELXR Peptides website at elxrpeptides.com (the “Site”). By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. All Sales Are Final
ELXR Peptides does not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Due to the sensitive, research-grade nature of our products and applicable regulatory requirements, all sales are considered final at the time of purchase.
2. No Cash Refunds
We do not issue cash refunds or credits to the original form of payment for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, ordering errors, or refused delivery. In the limited circumstances where a resolution is approved, store credit will be issued in place of a monetary refund.
3. Store Credit
If an issue with your order is reviewed and approved by our team, we will issue store credit equal to the value of the affected product(s). Please note the following regarding store credit:
- Store credit cannot be converted to cash
- Store credit does not expire
- Store credit applies to future purchases on elxrpeptides.com only
- Store credit will not be issued for shipping charges
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality and accuracy of every order. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect item, please take the following steps:
- Inspect your order immediately upon delivery
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@elxrpeptides.com
- Include your order number and clear photographs documenting the issue
Claims submitted outside the 48-hour window or without supporting documentation may not be eligible for review. We will assess each case individually and, if approved, resolve the issue through store credit only.
5. Shipping Protection Claims
A shipping protection fee is applied at checkout to cover your order against loss or damage in transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email support@elxrpeptides.com with your order number and photos. Approved claims will be resolved through store credit or reshipment at our discretion.
6. Ineligible Claims
The following situations are not eligible for store credit or any other resolution:
- Opened, used, or tampered products
- Orders refused at delivery or returned to sender due to customer error
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
- Claims submitted more than 48 hours after confirmed delivery
- Dissatisfaction based on personal preference or intended use outside of laboratory research
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
ELXR Peptides reserves the right to dispute any chargeback filed for a delivered order. We maintain thorough records of all transactions, fulfillment activity, and delivery confirmations. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension and referral to the appropriate authorities.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed. Please review your cart carefully before completing checkout. If you believe an error was made, contact us immediately at support@elxrpeptides.com — we will do our best to assist before the order ships, but cancellation is not guaranteed.
9. Policy Abuse
ELXR Peptides reserves the right to refuse store credit or any other resolution to any customer suspected of abusing this Policy or engaging in fraudulent activity. We maintain strict standards to protect product integrity, legal compliance, and the trust of our research community.
