Description
KLOW is a four-peptide research formulation combining GHK-Cu, TB-500, BPC-157, and KPV in a 5:1:1:1 ratio. It builds on the GLOW protocol by adding KPV — a tripeptide fragment of α-MSH — for targeted NF-κB-mediated anti-inflammatory activity. Each component addresses tissue repair, angiogenesis, cellular migration, and inflammation through distinct but complementary pathways.
Research Overview
KLOW combines four well-characterized research peptides to address tissue repair and inflammation at multiple biological levels simultaneously. BPC-157 promotes angiogenesis through VEGF signaling and supports tendon and tissue repair in preclinical models. TB-500 enhances cell migration through thymosin beta-4-related actin regulation. GHK-Cu orchestrates extracellular matrix remodeling through fibroblast activation and collagen deposition.
KPV adds a targeted anti-inflammatory mechanism through NF-κB pathway inhibition, reducing pro-inflammatory cytokine expression. The four-peptide combination has not been examined in direct clinical trials and is studied empirically as a theoretical synergistic stack.
Key Features
- Quad-peptide combination in a 5:1:1:1 ratio (GHK-Cu : TB-500 : BPC-157 : KPV)
- GHK-Cu (50mg): Copper tripeptide; collagen synthesis and gene expression modulation
- TB-500 (10mg): Thymosin beta-4 fragment; angiogenesis via VEGF, cell migration via actin regulation
- BPC-157 (10mg): Growth factor upregulation; angiogenesis and tissue regeneration
- KPV (10mg): α-MSH C-terminal tripeptide; NF-κB inhibition and anti-inflammatory activity
- Extends GLOW with the addition of targeted inflammatory pathway modulation
Common Research Uses
- Commonly studied for multi-mechanism tissue repair and wound healing
- Researched in relation to anti-inflammatory pathways, specifically NF-κB suppression
- Investigated for angiogenesis and vascularization in regenerative models
- Studied for extracellular matrix remodeling and collagen production
- Researched for synergistic effects of combined peptide delivery on injury recovery
