This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) outlines how ELXR Peptides (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) processes, ships, and delivers orders placed through our website at elxrpeptides.com (the “Site”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms described in this Policy.
1. Free 2-Day Shipping
We offer complimentary 2-day shipping via UPS or FedEx on all domestic U.S. orders of $250 or more. This discount is applied automatically at checkout — no code required.
2. Order Processing & Cutoff Time
Orders placed before 1:00 PM (EST) on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 1:00 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed and shipped on the next available business day.
Same-day fulfillment is not guaranteed during high-volume periods, holidays, or due to unforeseen operational delays.
3. Shipping Options
The following shipping methods are available at checkout:
- UPS / FedEx 2-Day (complimentary on orders $250+)
- UPS / FedEx Next Day Delivery
- USPS Standard Delivery
All delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Actual transit times may vary based on destination and carrier conditions.
4. Carrier Selection & PO Boxes
We ship using UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please note the following carrier restrictions:
- UPS cannot deliver to PO Box addresses
- FedEx cannot deliver to PO Box addresses
- USPS is available for PO Box deliveries where applicable
If your order is placed with a PO Box address and a UPS or FedEx method is selected, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue before shipment.
5. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress directly on the carrier’s website.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim before reaching out to our support team at support@elxrpeptides.com.
6. Shipping Protection
A nominal shipping protection fee is applied at checkout. This covers your order against loss or damage in transit. To file a claim, email support@elxrpeptides.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We are committed to ensuring your research materials arrive safely.
7. Shipping Liability Disclaimer
ELXR Peptides is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays, errors, or lost and stolen packages
- Delivery to incorrect addresses due to customer error
- Weather-related delays or force majeure events
While we will always assist in tracking or escalating issues with carriers, we cannot offer refunds for shipping problems outside of our control.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before completing your order. Incorrect addresses may result in delivery failures, return-to-sender fees, or fulfillment delays. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@elxrpeptides.com with your order number.
9. Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, ELXR Peptides ships to domestic U.S. addresses only. International shipping is not currently available but may be offered in the future. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to grow.
