3. Regulatory Status & Research-Use-Only Products

ELXR Peptides is not a compounding pharmacy or compounding facility under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. ELXR Peptides is not an outsourcing facility as defined under Section 503B of that Act. We do not manufacture, compound, or dispense drugs for human or veterinary use.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

13. Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us promptly at support@elxrpeptides.com with your order number and supporting photos. We will review each case individually.

14. Shipping Protection

A nominal shipping protection fee is applied at checkout. This covers your order against loss or damage in transit. To file a claim, email support@elxrpeptides.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We are committed to ensuring your research materials arrive safely.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms represent the complete and exclusive agreement between you and ELXR Peptides with respect to your use of the Site and any purchases made through it. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or verbal.

16. Severability

If any portion of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that portion will be severed and the remaining Terms will continue in full force and effect.

17. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms at any time does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future. Any formal waiver must be made in writing by an authorized representative of ELXR Peptides.
